Forest (working title)
This is a long-term project of mine where I toy with one of my favorite topics: procedural generation. The focus is on landscapes and flora in a 2d side-scrolling environment. One of these days I'll put a longer writeup here, but for now I'll just link to the development page:

It's open source and includes a nice MMX-optimized Perlin/simplex noise implementation in Assembler, so that's probably it's main drawing point right now. Here's a little screenshot:
Nothing too impressive yet, unfortunately. There are more on the Assembla space, but this will do for now.
